Well we believe that Gluten-Free baked goods can and should make you smile.

But curiously every Gluten-Free cookie we tried made us more sad than glad!!

Being curious, we decided that Gluten-Free treats can make us smile and we set out to prove it.

We selected the best gluten free ingredients. Experimented with flour mixes and production methods for vegan friendly baking until we were ready to pull everything together.  

After months of mixing, baking, tasting, adjusting, and tasting some more; Two Bite Bliss cookies were born...

Two Bite Bliss cookies are available in classic Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal-Raisin, Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle varieties.

Each is made with the finest ingredients in small batches to control quality and deliver consistently vibrant flavor profiles.

Our customers embraced our cookie varieties and wanted more so we have expanded our Gluten-Free baked goods to include; Decadent Chocolate Brownies, Lemon Pound Cakes, Popovers, Sandwich Bread, Focaccia Bread, Cupcakes, Biscotti with more being perfected everyday
